SERVICE CENTER HOURLY RATE
Hourly rate rounded off per quarter of an hour.

TRAVEL LIFT / SPRAYING DOWN BELOW WATERLINE
Use of travel lift for boats up to max. 40 tonnes. Travel lift and high-pressure sprayer operation exclusively by SERVICE CENTER staff.

For picking up or bringing ships to or from the berth at Marina Port Zélande we charge € 94,00 per operation, assuming that the weather conditions are good, there are enough mooring lines and fenders ready and there are no particularities with regard to the navigability of the boat and starting of the engines.
Free lay-up during the first week of self-work.

MAST CRANE
Mast crane can be used only by SERVICE CENTER staff.
Excluding: Man-hours
Incl. VAT : € 65,00 per mast/operation.
HYDRAULIC BOAT TRAILER (+ JCB)
Hydraulic boat trailer + JCB can be used only by SERVICE CENTER staff.
Excluding: Man-hours.
Incl. VAT : € 75,00 per operation.
JCB
JCB can be used only by SERVICE CENTER staff.
Excluding: Man-hours

LIFTING PLATFORM
Lifting Platform can be used only by SERVICE CENTER staff on the site of Marina Port Zélande.

TRACTOR
Tractor can be used only by SERVICE CENTER staff on the site of Marina Port Zélande.
Excluding: Man-hours.

HARBOUR TUG RENTAL
Harbour boat for tug work. Boat can be used only by SERVICE CENTER staff. Fuel included.

Incl. VAT : € 102,00 per operation in the harbour.
Incl. VAT : € 234,00 each operation outside the harbour.
RAMPS (trailer)
Use of ramp for boats with own trailer. Berth holders free of charge.
Incl. VAT : € 37,00 per operation.
ANTIFOULING
In case of normal maintenance according to “INTERNATIONAL” rule, other brands on request.
Including: Materials used.
Incl. VAT : € 79,00 per linear metre of LOA per layer (if in good condition below the waterline).
WASTE FLOW PROCESSING CONTRIBUTION
In the case of antifouling and waste oils.
Incl. VAT : € 30,00 per operation.
REPAIR SPACE INDOORS (1 April to 30 September)
Indoor lay-up for repair by non M.P.Z. staff, including cradle. Working hours from Monday to Friday in the SERVICE CENTER unit from 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. Excluding : Travel lift, hydraulic boat trailer, JCB, spraying down and man-hours.
Incl. VAT : € 275,00 per week.
INDOOR MAST STORAGE
Mast storage inside SERVICE CENTER per half-year.
Excluding : Work and man-hours.
Incl. VAT : € 20,00 per meter length of mast.
OUTDOOR MAST STORAGE
Mast storage outside SERVICE CENTER per halfyear.
Excluding : Work and man-hours.
Incl. VAT : € 15,00 per meter length of mast.
INDOOR WINTER LAY-UP (1 October to 31 March)
No work may be carried out on the boats during lay-up without permission from the head of the SERVICE CENTER & PURCHASING.
Including :
- Pick up and drop off from the berth at Marina Port Zélande if the key is present
- Lifting out/returning to water
- Spraying below waterline
- Placing the boat on the cradle
- Frost-free storage
Incl. VAT : € 78,00 per m2
OUTDOOR WINTER LAY-UP (1 October to 31 March)
No work may be carried out on the boats during lay-up without permission from the head of the SERVICE CENTER & PURCHASING.
Including :
- Pick up and drop off from the berth at Marina Port Zélande if the key is present
- Lifting out/returning to water
- Spraying below waterline

Incl. VAT : € 89,00 per m2 per month.
OUTDOOR SUMMER LAY-UP (1 April to 30 September)
No work may be carried out on the boats during lay-up without permission from the head of the SERVICE CENTER & PURCHASING.
Including : Cradle
Excluding : Travel lift, spraying down and hydraulic boat trailer, JCB and man-hours.
Incl. VAT : € 42,00 per m2 per month.
All rental contracts entered into by us are subject to the HISWA General Terms and Conditions for the Hire of Moorings and/or Storage Places (for vessels and related articles) and all our repair/maintenance contracts are subject to the HISWA General Terms and Conditions of Acceptance, Sale and Delivery, registered most recently at the registry of the District Court in Amsterdam.
